| After selling a business, my plan was to see if a patent
number could be attained for products that I had made in previous years. I
asked The Lord for blessings and guidance in the ventures into the patent
world, but my plans were interrupted in 2005 when I was diagnosed with
breast cancer. |

| I was fighting for my life and yet the paper work for the
patent's pending continued to flow in. As my world was crashing
in around me, I found myself frustrated with the medical world and with life
in general, but I knew that Jesus was walking with me. What a great
opportunity to get to know more intimately the One who loves and heals.
He just kept saying, "trust Me." |

| I did, and He brought me through! I love the life He has
given me in a deeper and fuller way than I ever did before. |

| Every day is exciting. My life is full of people who
are gold …my family, friends, my church family, those I work with, my
clients (many of whom I have worked with for 30 years). |
